Free Support

Our primary means of support is via the forums. Please post any support inquiries in the forums. first. Our developers participate in the forums and other members of the community will often have similar questions or have solved the same issues you may be having.

Premium Support

If you need a faster response than is provided via the forums, premium support is available. Support rates are $200 per half-day and include email, phone, or web based support. Please contact us and include a detailed description of your problem as well as your admin login for your site. If you know it, please provide the FTP login as well. We will respond within 1 business day with a PayPal payment request for $100 as a down payment. $100 is billed as final payment upon completion of work. Most work is completed within 1 business day after receipt of payment.

Feature Requests

Custom additions and feature requests are quoted at $200 per half-day of work. Most features take between a half-day and two days to complete. If you have a feature you must have in one of our plugins please contact us and include a detailed description of the feature(s) you'd like to see. We'll respond with a quote, an estimated delivery date, and a PayPal payment request for a 50% down payment. Once we received the 50% down payment your work is scheduled. The final 50% payment is due upon completion of the work.
