Getting Help¶
Phone and direct email support is not available for general issues. If you require one-on-one support our per-incident rates start at $120/hour and requires pre-payment by credit card or PayPal.
The Forums. The best way to get help is to use the community forums. Our developers participate in the forums and other members of the community will often have similar questions or have solved the same issues you may be having.
Knowledgebase. Review the documentation provided in our Knowledgebase wiki.
Customization Services¶
Cyber Sprocket Labs provides customization services for an added fee. Contact us today and we can create a custom version of this plugin for you. Or simply report a problem or feature via our forums or issue reporting system and we may just add the feature you are looking for on the next release.
