Error message at the top of all admin pages

Hi, yesterday I posted in an ongoing thread but I'm not sure if that will get any attention. I'm getting this error message at the top of every admin page plus in other random places…

You stated that I may not be running PHP5+ on the server. I have checked this in the main plugin settings page and I am actually running PHP Version:5.2.9-2
