Under Settings: General it has a How To Use section and it simply says:
Can't Add Locations?
Before you can add locations you must enter the Google Maps API Key on the Store Locator Plus settings page. Once you have done that you will see a new admin panel menu "SLP Locations" that will allow you to add and edit the locations.
I have put in my API Key and have tried to add a location and it will add it but the Latitude and Longitude will not show up, therefore the map doesn't read it.
Could you help me? It could be a step I'm missing or an error in the coding but if you could get back to me on what you think I'm doing wrong that would be great. The sooner the better also.

I'm sorry I don't mean to be a pest but it looks like the support form isn't getting the attention it needs. I work for a company that just launched a new product and we were excited to get this Store Locator up and running but we haven't been able to because we can't get the addresses to show up. Could you please help. If this is a problem you have helped with someone before can you direct me to that message. I tried reading through all the messages on the form and I can't find help with the problem we are having.
If there is a better way to communicate please let me know.
