My Key is saying it's no longer valid after update to 2.4

I purchased for a client site a few months ago. now I need to add more locations and after I updated to 2.4 it seems my key is no longer valid and pro is no longer registered. What gives?

Ok seriously what do I need to do to get a response? I'm unclear as to why my previously purchased (nov. 2011) key is no longer working. I've attempted to contact you via your site contact form so I could send the key, but got no response there either.
