Styling

Added by Cory Kemp 3 months ago

Hi guys, I'm having a heck of a time trying to remove all of the vertical space between my form elements. I can't figure out where this is coming from. I removed my default stylesheet to check for conflicts. No change. I wasn't able to influence the spacing much with the CSL stylesheet either. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Cory

Upon further investigation and some hair-pulling, it turns out that the vertical spacing between the form elements was caused by the
<PRE> tags wrapping the shortcode. Hope this is helpful for others experiencing this issue.

I've been having the same trouble in my case had been wrapped around the shortcode and removing that did the trick. Thanks so much for sharing your solution, Cory. Mindy

Were do we go to edit the shortcodes and get rid of the PRE tags?

Chris,

Find the page or post that you originally placed the shortcode in. In the post/page editor, toggle the "html" tab. You should see the pre tags here.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Cory

tags are inserted by WordPress. It is a WordPress editor issue, not a Store Locator Plus issue.

Thanks for sharing the info Cory.
