Are you running the latest version? This has been addressed in a recent release and should not be appearing in an updated install. It is an issue with the locale subsystem on PHP not being available.

Yes, I installed the latest version 2.0.3, then tried an older version 2.0 and both gave me the error.

So it has been 8 days not and I have received only one reply asking if I installed the latest version. I would just like to get a refund at this point. It's bad enough that the product doesn't work, I can't deal with waiting 8 days between responses for tech support.

We have reproduced this problem on servers with mis-configured Apache/PHP settings.

Make certain you are running PHP5+ on your server. If not the JavaScript PHP pages will not load properly. You can check this in the environment settings on the main plugin settings page.

You stated that I may not be running PHP5+ on the server. I have checked this in the main plugin settings page and I am actually running PHP Version:5.2.9-2
