Generally, the most likely problem is that the search terms you're using just aren't getting any results. Amazon's API unfortunately doesn't handle multiple keywords very well so you might want to try using a single keyword if you aren't already. If you can, it might also be helpful to post a screenshot of the settings you're using for the store page.
