can't install this plugin

I'm trying to install the plugin on wp blogs (2.92) and get the message:
Incompatible archive PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End
of Central Dir Record signature

In addition, if I try to unzip the file there is an error reading the zip file.
I've installed hundreds of plugins, there is something wrong here.

Two downloads of this plugin was supplied and none install. thanks.

This software has installed on dozens of servers without any problem including a myriad of 2.9.2 and 3.0 version of WordPress.

What version of Wordpress are you installing this on? There are known bugs in versions prior to 2.8.3 with processing zip files.

I agree. It is wp 2.9.2 . Please send me a copy of the plugin that works. It won't even unzip.

You can download the latest zip files from this support site, click on the files tab.

Not sure what else we can do if that doesn't work as these zip files are working on dozens of systems without any problems.

Are you sure you have enough disk space and permissions?

What OS are you running? Windows or Linux? The zip files are created on Linux boxes. Some versions of Windows can't handle the zip headers from 64-bit linux boxes, so we may need to package a special "broken windows zip package" if that is the case.

The latest file from the file tab installed easily. Thanks. The files that were emailed to me were corrupt. Now I still get this message even after entering my paypal transaction key into the settings:
MoneyPress eBay : Edition needs attention:

  • You have not provided a valid license key for this plugin. Until you do so, it will only display content for Admin users. (Details)
    What should I do now?

Odd - guess most installers are using the downloaded file from WordPress or from this site. We'll look into that.

As for the key, the license key that came in the email with zip files should work. YOUR PayPal transaction ID will not work, it must be the transaction ID from our end.

Let us know if you have any issues with that.
