Affiliates ID Not Showing in URL

I want to make sure my affiliates links are actually tracking. The URLs generated by eBay's Partner Network usually contain my campaign ID. I've entered this into MoneyPress, but it does not appear in the URLs, nor do the URLs seem to change when I input a different campaign ID. Here is an example:

http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/5/1?mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2FHalloween-Poster-Devil-Witch-Neo-Victorian-Skeleton-%2F400266669518%3Fpt%3DArt_Prints

Can you tell me if this is a valid affiliates link?

Okay, so in other words "broken, unsupported plugin."
