Hi,

I am trying to add a product with a somewhat generic name, and the problem is that just adding it by keyword returns a whole bunch of products that AREN'T the one I'm trying to specify. However, if I try to add the product by SKU or UPC, it always returns with "no products found." I can go to the advertiser's website (DeepDiscount.com in my case) and confirm that they have the product in question, and it lists the correct UPC and SKU. What am I doing wrong, or is this type of entry not supported?

It is only supported if the product feed from the company you are working with on the "far end" (DeepDiscount.com in your case) has provided SKU and/or UPC data in the data stream they give to CJ. Many companies supply incomplete data feeds. If this is not working my guess is they are not providing that data to CJ and thus the CJ API cannot find a match.
