The most common problem is having your store set to private via the CafePress admin panel.

I am also having a problem with a "No products found" that appears at the place my page where I am trying to display products. At the top of the page I get a text link which is click-able:

My cafepress shop is set to public.

We'll take a look as soon as we can. We have some consulting gigs we need to wrap up & some changes on the dev team have us tied up. We do plan on getting to CafePress updates again later this month and will be reading the forums to deal with any bugs and add new features.

If you have setup store sections & have NOT setup any default products then you must provide a section id.
